I don’t understand how this restaurant is not busier. Such a hidden gem of San Jose. Every time, we order the Bo Ne and N1. For N1 Make sure you choose broth on the side. In my opinion much better than the noodle soup.
Nice place for noodles. They have lots of variety and choices to choose from. Even multiple noodle types too. Ask the waitress for the recommendations if you are unsure of what to order. Noodles were very flavorful and tasty.
4.6/5 for the Bo Ne. It was pretty tasty. Bread was so crunchy and flavorful. If you’re in the san jose area, this is definitely worth a try.
The perfect addition to the plaza! Bó Nè is SO GOOD and this shop makes it well. Tender beef, very well flavored, and they don't skimp on ingredients. For $1 extra, you can sub the rice for noodles (Nui) and there's also the option to have baguette. The best part for me was the paté. YUUUUM. 10/10 recommend. The meatball was also well made. I wish they gave more than one because it was so tasty. PRO TIP: Try the artichoke juice... pretty sweet.
I’m Viet who grew up in the motherland. The food was AMAZING!! I had Hu Tieu Nam Vang with broth on the side (N1 I think) and Banh Trang Tron to go. The menu was compact so it was a good sign. Food was quick and the server was friendly. 10/10 totally would eat here every week if I could.
I ordered Cambodian style noodle with seafood and they served with FREE freshy made Chinese Donuts..really yummy I LOVE THE STUFF
Me and my girlfriend had the hủ tiếu and both became fans of this place! You can taste the quality in their food. The flavor of the meats have something special about them. Even their bánh quẩy is made in store. They don’t purchase frozen ones like other restaurants. That difference you can taste. Tina, our server, is also very helpful and you’ll be in good hands.
The vibes here are super chill, definitely gives off that family owned feel, like they really care about the food and the people. I found this spot on TikTok and figured I’d check it out. Gotta admit, I’m pretty new to Vietnamese food, so I’m no expert or anything, but … I loved the Bo Ne. Like seriously, it blew me away. I’ve already been back twice just for that dish. There’s just something about the combo of the bread, eggs, pate, and that super tender beef that hits so hard. Total comfort food. Everyone I’ve brought here has been raving about it. Next time I go, I’m thinking I’ll finally try something else on the menu, but it’s gonna be tough not ordering the Bo Ne again.
